Business Development Plan 1
- Lead generation / door opening based on specific job roles and types, as set by the Client.
- Research / search and interrogate - finding information on specific businesses and stakeholders.
- Building a database.
- Use of telemarketing to update and correct details.
- All data belongs to the Client.
Business Development Plan 2 includes all services listed in Plan 1, plus:
- Initial contact with potential clients.
- Introductory correspondence sent to potential clients.
- Meeting setting.
- Attendance at initial and subsequent meetings.
- Handover as a hot lead.
- Updating Client CRM.
- Acting as Client representative.
Business Development Plan 3 includes all services listed in Plans 1 and 2, plus:
- End-to-end sales process.
- Handover of the client in full post-sale.
